How fast will my order ship?
We here at The Fantasy art of Ash Evans LLC, like to get your order to you as soon as possible.  Your order till ship within 2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise informed by email. We are a small company and we want to give you the attention to detail and quality you deserve. Also in an effort to conserve resources and help the environment we only ship out once a week.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES!! We ship world wide but please be advised it will be at a higher cost then shipping in the United States. Please contact me for a shipping quote PRIOR to your purchase.

Does the Copyright information appear on the pieces and prints?No. That is for our protection on the site to prevent any unauthorized use or sale.

Am I allowed to download your art?Not without permission, Please write and ask us. Also let us know what you are going to use it for and please give us credit for the work. Also you may not manipulate the art in any way.If you suspect any act of piracy please contact us. I have ZERO tolerance for piracy of art of any kind especially my own.

How can I pay for my order?Personal check, credit card or PayPal. If you are paying by check make it payable to Ashley Evans and include full address and phone number. Please note that your order will not ship until payment is received. If buying an original, that painting will have a pending status until payment has processed.

Do I have to be a Pay Pal member to use PayPal?No you do not. Please see www.paypal.com for more info.!

Do you have any licensed products?Yes, please look at our licensing page for more information. I am always open to new licensing options. If you are interested please contact us.

Are you interested in licensing your work for other products?Yes I am! Please contact ash@ashevans.com if you are interested in licensing my artwork.

Can we meet in person or go out on a date? No. I am sure you are a very nice person but there are a lot of crazy people out there. I make appearences from time to time and you are welcome to come to those but that is it. Date? I am married! It is crazy how much I get emails for this.

If I join your mailing list will you share my information with anyone?Absolutely not. I hate spam and I don’t want to generate more. We never share your info with anyone, whether it is a purchase, inquiry or request to join our list

What are your bath and body products like? Where can I purchase them?You may purchase bath and body products right off of the site, we only have limited quantities though. Primarily you may buy them from Mystic Memories here Buy me

What is your return policy?

A lot of our items are print on demand and we have limited storage space at our facility, we do not accept returns. Of course if an item comes broken or damaged we will be happy to replace it. Our customers satisfaction is our top priority and we accomodate our customers as much as possible.

Why is your packaging so minimal when other artists give us fancy packaging and frills?

We have been asked by a customer today why our packaging is so minimal when other artists insert papers and other trappings into their prints. The answer is simple. We try to be the greenest, waste free company we can be. All of our bags and backing boards are recycled, we use energy saving printers and computers and we keep everything minimal to make the least amount of waste. All of our packaging, boxes and ink cartridges are reused or recycled. We NEVER buy foam peanuts but if we are given some they are reused. Just trying to do our part. Hope you all are OK with that!

What are you doing to help out the environment?

I recycle everything possible including packing materials. It may not be as pretty but we must reuse! All packing peanuts WE purchase are cornstarch but we recycle the styrofoam ones people ship to us with. I only ship once a week in an effort to conserve gas. I have energy saving lights in my studio. I also use earth friendly solvents for my oil paints, sketch digitally to conserve paper and even reuse canvases if I can. Every little bit counts!

May I commission a painting?  **AS OF 2008 ASH IS UNABLE to take on PERSONAL commissions her schedule and obligations are too great at this time. If you are a company looking to commission work from Ash please feel free.Please join our mailing list to see when spots are available.**
