Domestic Shipping (United States)
All orders are processed in the order they are received. If you have a pressing deadline please contact us and we will try and accommodate you. Orders generally take 5-7 business days to process and ship, Delivery will vary by location but generally takes 3-5 business days. All orders ship via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. During high volume times it can take up to 14 days. If you have an inquiry about your order, or your order has not shipped in this given time frame please contact us via the form on this website and someone will be delighted to assist you.
Please retain your tracking number as it is vital for you to keep in the case a package becomes lost or damaged. You are responsible for filing any claims via USPS. We do not offer refund or replacement for a parcel that USPS has shown as delivered. Ash Evans is not responsible for the package as soon as it is taken into custody at USPS. We have the right to refuse service or delivery to any region or address that has a history of lost, stolen or miss delivered packages. Any refused order will be refunded promptly.
Please note high volume order times like the holidays can cause more of a delayed lead time and we encourage people to order early. Our holiday shipping schedule is always posted on the front page of our website along with information on vacations or closures.
International Shipping costs what it costs.
Yes we do ship internationally! Rates will vary per country as the price of shipping varies. The minimum shipping for UK Australia is 22.00 regardless of item. This is not my policy or pricing it is the post offices. This is the least expensive way to ship parcels overseas. All orders will be shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please note you are responsible for ANY taxation or fees associated with customs and importation. We will not reship parcels that have been returned to us for failure to pay fees. We do NOT falsify or withhold information on customs forms, this includes marking merchandise as a gift. It is mail fraud to falsify a customs form, and to do so carries a penalty of up to $10,000 fine and 5 years imprisonment. (13 U.S.C. § 305 : US Code - Section 305: Penalties for unlawful export information) Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. More if it is the Christmas holiday season. We clearly post shipping deadlines during that time.
We do not accept returns of any kind as our prints are made on demand. If an item arrives damaged we are happy to provide you with a replacement if you can furnish proof. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Each item comes with tracking, we will not replace an item that has been indicated by the postal service as delivered. If an item goes missing please contact the postal service with your tracking number. We are happy to work with you to locate the item.
Items from other shops and manufacturers: We do license artwork and distribute products to other shops and companies. Please be advised problems with purchases from other sellers are to be handled with that seller. Our policy is once it leaves our warehouse and the shop has marked it as suitable we are no longer responsible for its condition.
